Modelithics COMPLETE Library Version 16.2 Released for Keysight EDA

Modelithics has recently unveiled an updated version of its COMPLETE Library, specifically designed for Keysight's EEs of EDA Genesys RF simulation and synthesis software. This latest release, version 16.2, introduces 29 new models sourced from 14 different vendors. Among these are substrate scalable Microwave Global Models for conical inductors from Coilcraft, which have been validated up to 50 GHz. The update also includes resistors from KOA, ferrite beads from Murata and Würth Elektronik, and capacitors from TDK.

The library now also features single substrate models for IPDiA’s ultra broadband 0201M capacitor, validated to an impressive 110 GHz. Additional components include attenuators from AVX and ATC, a QFN package from Barry Industries, and new S-parameter models for six inductor families from Vanguard Electronics. Furthermore, the update introduces new nonlinear simulation models for a MACOM PIN diode and transistors from Qorvo and CEL. A significant enhancement in version 16.2 is the new feature allowing users to customize the timing of license expiration notifications.

Modelithics is well-known for providing an extensive array of advanced simulation models for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave devices from top electronic component vendors. They offer a free evaluation library, Modelithics SELECT+, which includes a curated selection of these models. For those interested in a more comprehensive experience, the Modelithics EXEMPLAR trial library is available upon request. This library is a subset of the COMPLETE Library models and includes all necessary models to execute numerous example projects available on their website and as part of the standard COMPLETE Library installation. EXEMPLAR is also available for extended use in academic settings.
