TTM Technologies Expands RF&S Product Line for 5.5G Applications

TTM Technologies, Inc., a leading global provider of technology solutions, has unveiled an exciting expansion of its Radio Frequency and Specialty Components (RF&S) product line. This latest development introduces a range of components specifically designed for the telecom band n104, which is a new extension for 5.5G applications. The newly launched products include 18 balun transformers, hybrid couplers, power dividers, RF crossovers, and terminations, all engineered to function within the 6.4 – 7.2 GHz frequency band.

These components are crafted to offer outstanding performance while remaining cost-effective, utilizing the trusted Xinger® brand for assured reliability. The RF&S Components Business Unit at TTM is at the forefront of designing, manufacturing, and distributing these high-frequency solutions, serving markets such as wireless infrastructure, defense electronics, and test and measurement electronics.

Innovative Product Lineup

The newly introduced product lineup includes a variety of components, each tailored for specific applications. For instance, the BD60120N50100AHF balun transformer, with dimensions of 0404 (1.0mm x 1.0mm), is capable of handling an average power of 1W. Similarly, the X4B70L1-5050G and X4BD70L1-50100G balun transformers, sized at 0603 (1.6mm x 0.8mm), also support 1W of power.

Hybrid couplers such as the X3C70F1-03S and X3C70F1-20S, with dimensions of 1220 (5.8mm x 3.1mm), offer power handling capacities of 15W and 25W respectively. Other hybrid couplers like the X4C55J1-03G and X4C60J1-20G, sized at 0805 (2.0mm x 1.25mm), are designed to handle 5W and 10W of power.
